The mind is a powerful thing! In this workshop we will explore how the combination of (1) setting goals and (2) visualization can get big results in short order. These are perhaps the two most underutilized of all the mental training skill sets, yet two of the heaviest hitters when it comes to producing results. This session will be very practical in nature and focus on using simple tools in both training and competitive environments. Athletes, coaches and parents all welcome.
