With today's strength and conditioning protocols, single sport athletes and increasingly demanding practice, tournament and game schedules - injury prevention through appropriate nutrition, recuperation and recovery methodologies and body regeneration techniques must be incorporated. This seminar will address all of these protocols and offer insight into how the neurological and physiological systems interact in both athletic stimulation, passive rest and active recovery.
