Led by Registered Dietitian Sheryl Giudici, this informative two-part Sport Nutrition workshop series for athletes will involve a 60-minute lecture on meal planning and eating on the road, followed by a 2-hour interactive cooking class where you will cook some quick and easy snacks to use in training, competing, or travelling.
