Developing Physical Literacy is an essential part of healthy child development. Physical Literacy is critical for children to feel confident when they engage in physical activity for fun, health and competition. It is the basic building block for staying physically active and healthy as an adult. Everyone is capable of becoming physically literate.
Our kids programs focus on developing fundamental movement skills and fundamental sport skills in a FUN, safe enviroment. Program instructors and camp leaders are trained in NCCP Fundamental Movement Skills, High FIve and Physical Literacy 101. Our programs correspond with the Canada Sport for Life Active Start, Fundamental and Learning to Train stages.
