This is an annual one day conference for coaches, parents and athletes (ages 12-17) of all levels and abilities who are looking to better understand or improve their sport performance in the areas of coach training, strength & conditioning, sports nutrition and mental training.

Please Note: NCCP Resistance Training Professional Developement Module (5.0 NCCP Pro-D pointes) - This 3.5-hour dynamic and interactive introductory workshop is being offered in conjunction with the Pathways to Sport Exccellence Conference, from 8:00am-11:30am at the TCC. It will teach you how to prevent injuries and increase athlete performance through proven resistance training tools. After finishing this module, you will able to use resistance exercises that are appropriate to your athletes’ stage(s) of development to develop strength and be able to monitor athletes form and their training programs. *Coaches who attend this morning course can join the conference at lunch and take in the afternoon workshops at no additional charge.
